Enterprise Logic Inc Bangalore & Houston - RIP OFF companies

I was sold an online IT – SAP CRM Course by Enterprise Logic, Inc. IVS Consulting, Indus Valley Software, Inc, eMethods Inc in Houston Texas all are same. On Aug 28th 2009 they changed the name to Enterprise Logic Systems, Inc.

BEWARE of all these companies, it’s the same owner – AJAY THOMAS, resident of Houston TX – registered agent on these companies, who is trying to fool the government, current and future students. They have numerous bad reviews on boards, SAP head office, Immigration office, IRS, FED & State govt in USA and other countries need to be contacted. Same person going around in different names to cheat all of us in USA, Bangalore-India and other countries.

1) Pankaj the AGGRESSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL and GREEDY trainer called most times at all odd hours, even 10 or 11pm.
2) Almost 10-12 students started but only 5 of us were left at the end of the course, but none of us were placed on job as promised.
3) Ravi Patnana – Training coordinator, we hardly heard from him, after the class.
Coordinator & Trainer were occupied with next class to collect their course fees against FALSE PROMISES & FALSE HOPES.
4) No Tests or Exams were offered to test our abilities, competency and knowledge.
5) They charged a lot and neither course completion certificate nor Pilot Project completion certificate was provided.
6) Pilot project was painted and promised as a live project but was delivered more like a group study, where trainer would appear online for 5 min occasionally every week or so.
7) We were FORCED to set up and pay extra out of our own pocket to sign up for GoToMeeting site for company’ online training, on top of the course fees.
8) Entire SAP CRM course was more like a joke. Trainer would cancel the class anytime at his will, no value and respect for students’ time.
9) Students were FORCED to call or email our other classmates during or before the class which should have been the task of training coordinator.
10) No structured format for the class or so called “Pilot Project”.
11) Server and technology was quite OLD not latest as it was promised.
12) During the course, I requested notes & lectures which we accidentally managed to delete from my laptop. Trainer REFUSED to provide me the notes or access to reload the notes, but asked me to beg my other classmates for it.
13) Instructor FORCED all the students to use the same password and user id on the server which created chaos as it would lock up due to simultaneous use. They probably only have license from SAP for one user id and password. They’re probably using it ILLEGALLY.
14) Trainer and coordinator both PRESSURED all the students to enroll and promised each one of us the placement but after the course completion, the communication ceased from them initiating the placement as promised.
15) All of us were promised CV preparation – Not provided.
16) Mock interview sessions – Not delivered.
17) Full assistance with interview and job placement. All that was nothing but
“ Bait & Switch” techniques, moreover FRAUD that these people did.
18) I was promised that I will be utilized by the company for mock interview sessions and certain percentage will be given to me, but not delivered.
19) After being patient, frustrated, not placed on SAP CRM for well over 7 months I was finally able to trace company owner - Ajay Thomas and presented my complaints. Owner has very poor customer service skills and very secretive about the company no wonder every couple years company name changes. And email or contact information is not disclosed to anyone for complaints. Owner even had the nerve to ask me – Why I waited 7 months to present the complaints? One of the worst companies and company owner to deal with. Students were giving trainers and recruiters of the company benefit of the doubt to place us. But perhaps they were busy cheating other students around the globe.


I would NOT recommend or trust these people with my money or make them my choice for any of the training or placement programmes. Our class has more than couple law suites filed against the owner to collect our hard earned money before they go out and cheat other students which is unacceptable. As a responsible citizen of The United States of America, it is my duty to warn and inform other authorities and students of the undertakings of crooks like Ajay Thomas who are in duping business. Watch and spend your money well on a company that is reputable NOT them.
